Attorney Nisha E. Bacchus, the founding partner of The Law Office of Nisha E. Bacchus, P.A., graduated with Honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Forensic Science.
Ms. Bacchus then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Bacchus was an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and worked pro bono for the Broward County Legal Aid’s Education Rights Division. Ms. Bacchus was awarded a scholarship through The Florida Bar for her pro bono work throughout the community. Ms. Bacchus ultimately graduated and received the prestigious Order of the Barrister’s Award for her trial advocacy skills.
Ms. Bacchus has experience working for private law firms in all areas of Criminal Defense. She has extensive experience representing clients who have been wrongfully accused or charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.
Ms. Bacchus is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Ms. Bacchus is an active member of The Florida Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and Broward Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.
